Is it just me, or is getting the chansey manip aids in itself, and then what is the alakazam after that based off. This is for 151

The Chansey manip can be quite difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it it should be fairly easy. Alakazam is based off the special stat of the last pokemon you encountered, which in this case is a Chansey with 149 special.

And just one more question, is the tile you start on two above the ladder or one above the ladder?
