This guide is not beginner friendly and assumes you know the red nidoking route.
-Buy 4 or 5 balls (4 allows you to buy 8 pots before Brock, if you get lucky you may get to skip the mart after brock if you have 7 pots left over after brocks gym)
- Nidoran female Manip (4 frame yoloball, you want a Lvl 4 with 19hp) (lvl 3 nido female is an IGT)
-Get hidden tree pot and hidden pot before weedle guy
-after weedle guy swap nido to front and heal squritle to full
-MART and buy 7 or 8 potions (4 pokeballs is 8 pots)
-Fight first trainer in Brocks gym: -LEAD with nido, swap to squritle and use bubble until diglette is dead (scratch does 6/7, use potion when needed). -Swap back to nido for sandshrew, use potion on squritle turn 1 (WHILE NIDO STILL OUT), swap to squirtle and then bubble X3-4,(1 speedfall makes you faster, scratch does 6/7)
-Brock - normal fight use bubble and swap both times (both will be 2 shot even with 11 spec after lab rival)
-AFTER BROCK MART - buy 3/4 potions
-R3: Bug Catcher - Caterpie - tackle all, Weedle - scratch all (use tackle to finish), Caterpie - scratch all (use tackle to finish)
-use 1 pot before shorts guy, 2 if hp is really low
-Shorts guy - use scratch only cant afford to miss, heal when needed, (speedtie with ekans)(No reason to yolo wrap w/ speedtie)
-Bug catcher - Scratch whole fight, Kakuna (speedtied with 1 string shot), Caterpie (tackle does 2), Metapod (speedtied w/ 2 speed falls)
-Bug catcher - PS all
-TOP LASS - heal before this fight if under 20 hp. (pot twice if in redbar) - ratatta - scratch/tackle X2, PS (speedtied with rat) - nido - scratch/tackle X3 (Horn Attack does 9 after 1 def drop)
-catch a flier in the grass before moon
-REDBAR PARAS YOLOBALL DOES NOT WORK, HEAL IF YOU ARE IN REDBAR BEFORE THE MANIP
-Do this moon manip (The R3 Full moon manip should work also but I have never tested it)
-If you fail paras yoloball scratch does 4
-After paras menu - (pot if needed) Use rare candy, teach TM13 WG over slot 2 tackle, use moon stone, teach TM01 MP over slot 1 growl
-Moon rocket - Rat - MP (PS) Zubat - MP + WG (PS if no leech life) -Nerd - Grimer MP + MP (WG if high roll), Voltorb MP + PS, Koffing MP + MP
AFTER MOON GO STRAIGHT TO BRIDGE RIVAL (no center, no rare candy pickup, no IT)
-Bridge rival - Bird of doom MP+MP+MP (sometimes can scratch to finish), Abra - MP, Rat - MP, Bulba - MPX2
-Center, get IT, get Rare Candy, go back to bridge
-T1 - Caterpie - MP, Weedle - MP -T2 - Pidgey - MP (PS), Nido MP + scratch -T3 - MP all 3 -T4 - Pidgey - MP (PS), Nido - MP + scratch -T5 - MP + WG or PS -Bridge Rocket - MP (PS), MP
-TOP HIKER - Machop - MP + WG (Karate Chop does 6), Geodude - WG
-GET ELIXER
-Lass - Nidoran - MP, Nidoran MP+Scratch
-Bottom Hiker - Geodude - WG, Geodude - WG, Machop - MP, Geodude - WG (You learn Body Slam after killing last geodude, teach over PS slot 4)
-Lass - BS X3
- get ETHER after the fight
-Bill Menu - Escape rope (If you wont have enough potions to heal to full or close then take the center)
-Get IT then head to Dig Rocket -Dig Rocket - Machop - BS + Scratch , Drowzee BS + (Scratch)
-GOLDEEN - BS + Scratch
-BEFORE MISTY - Use Rare Candy + Heal to full
-MISTY - Staryu - BS, Starmie - BS+BS(Scratch) (xdef makes it BSX3) (STARMIE IS FASTER)
-Go to Bike House after beating Misty -Use Elixer, Teach Bubblebeam TM11 over slot 2 WG, (Use a potion if needed). -Get IT
-Get full restore

-FIGHT GENTLEMEN AND GET GENTLEMEN CANDY -Enter the boat, take the stairs, Gentlemen is in the 4th door going towards Boat Rival. -Talk to gentlemen, avoid the optional, pickup rare candy after the fight

-Cut Menu - swap 1 repel, teach cut then dig to paras. -(Use a pot before Surge if afraid of dying to sonicboom, voltorb will not died in 1 hit without a crit)
-Surge -Voltorb - BS + Scratch, Pikachu - BS, Raichu - BS + MP
-get bike voucher and do normal TB menu teaching TB over slot 3 scratch
-do normal fly/rock tunnel up to shopping including picking up the hidden elixer
-4turn grill - BSX4
-Bug Catcher - BB, BB, VENONAT - TB (TB) (Is a range if TB disabled use BB)
-Nerd - BB, TB

-USE A RARE CANDY BEFORE ROCK TUNNEL ODDISH GIRL-

-CELADON Shopping - Buy TM07, -10 super repel, 3 super pots -1 pokedoll -get soda and fresh water and give both to the girl for Ice Beam and Rock Slide -get Fresh Water -12 Xacc, 6 xspeed, 1 xspecs
-Fly menu - swap 2 w/ super repel, teach TM07 over slot 1 MP, use super repel, swap 3 with Xacc, teach TM48 rock slide over slot 4 body slam, Swap 4 with xspeed, teach Ice Beam over slot 2 Bubblebeam, Swap 5 with Elixer, teach FLY and go to Lavander town
-Lav Rival - Pidgeotto - Xacc, HD all
-do normal rock slide strats on gastleys -pick up the elixer item ball, and Hidden Elixer, no menu before marowak ghost
-Lav Rocket 1 - TBX3 -Lav Rocket 2 - Xacc HD, HD -Lav Rocket 3 - IBX4
-Fly to Celadon and Center, and then go to Silph co like normal and head for the Arbok
-PICKUP TREE ELIXER-

-Get the rare candy, EQ, and the CARBOS (all 3 of the items in the normal room with EQ and Rare Candy)
-Dig out and goto snorlax
-Snorlax menu - Super repel, swap 7 with xspec, use pokeflute
-get rare candy/PP UP
-Post Bike Road Menu - Swap slot 6 with EQ, use PPUP on HD, teach EQ over slot 4 Rock Slide, get on bike
-GET CARBOS IN THE SAFARI ZONE, pick up full restore if you used yours -Exit and go to Koga gym
-Juggler 1 - EQ all -Juggler 2 - Drowzee EQ, Hypno EQ + TB
-Self destruct range is 70-82 on Weezing
-Koga - EQ, EQ, EQ, use elixer on Weezing (can stall with TB or Flute)(Need to die from self destruct like normal)
-Post Koga Menu - Use 3 Rare Candies, get on bike -Get STR, leave house and fly to Palette Town
-Before Surf Menu - Super Repel, Teach Surf to Squritle, then go to Poke Mansion
-get the CARBOS you walk by after dropping down a level (its the item ball)
-Pick up Blizz (we do not teach blizz, it becomes an item slot holder)
-Menu - Teach STR, Use 3 Carbos (becareful not to carbos squritle), Use Super Repel
-Get the rare candy you walk past and the hidden rare candy in the secret key room -USE BOTH RARE CANDY BEFORE PICKING UP SECRET KEY, get secret key, dig out
-Beauty - IB -Erika - Victreebel - IB, Tangela - IB, Vileplume - IB
-BLAINE IS NORMAL - Xacc+EQ(HD), HD, HD, HD
-SABRINA - EQX4

-Lorelei is normal swap the bird then Xacc, HD all
-Elixer before bruno (If you lost redbar xacc + elixer in the fight)
-Bruno - Xacc HD, HD, HD, HD, HD
-Super pot X2 then ether HD before Agatha
-Agatha - Gengar - Xspeed, EQ, Golbat - IBX2, Haunter - EQ, Arbok - EQ, Gengar - EQ -If you get Haze from Golbat can used Xspeed before killing Golbat and hope for no more haze, Haunter will be a speedtie without this xspeed and slower than last Gengar.
-Before lance heal to 135-145
-Lance - Gyrados - Xspec, TB, Dragonair - Xspeed, IB, Dragonair - IB, Aerodactal - IB, Dragonite - IB -Hydropump i've seen 110-128
-Before champ heal if you need, same strats as nidoking, just use 1 potion in most cases or super/full restore if you wanna be super safe
-Champ Xacc, Xspeed, HD all -Wing attack turn 1 xacc -19-21, turn 1 xspeed - 18-20 -You survive sky attack crit from full HP
