Took quite a few tries to get a runnable Totodile, and its DVs were mostly average, DEF and SPC being above average. Forgot to get the Strength HM before surfing to Cianwood, so I had to go back and get it, then Surf back on over for a 2nd time. Red's Pikachu is such a jerk, and nearly killed a chance at sub-4 hours.
