I know, I have already made an application, but I just want to be moderator! I really like Plague Inc. on its own, but I don't have this game, but I've seen lots of videos! I can reject any cheated runs, and verify real ones! I have a really good knowledge of Plague Inc!
Even though they may say no, an important thing to know is if you get added as a mod, some people retime their runs to the exact frames of the beginning and ending. Another thing is that timing starts once red play bubble is clicked.
Speaking of active runners... this game needs more of them, because there’s basically no competition. In fact, the amount of times that aren’t from me, from around the past four months, is 1. It is really sad, since this game is very runnable for RTA, and there are even decently active Steam discussion pages for this game, including a page for fastest IGT for every plague, every scenario, and even Co-Op, which was posted a few days ago. (Note 1: The reason for the page is that the game has a bunch of leaderboard hackers.) (Note 2: However, Co-Op leaderboard page has been a thing for at least several months.)

You're the only real active runner as of yet, but the community may grow a bit. People are trying to beat the game in as few days as possible though, you may want to look there to find new runners or new speedrunning strategies.
