How to finish the game

The only current way known to finish the game is to have collected all eight gems.
Once you've done this, go back to the main hub and open the drawer on the bottom of the bookcase. Inside you will find a ring. Click on it, and it'll bring it closer to you so you can place each of the collected gems in their slots. The order is meant to be the color of the rainbow, being the following;

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Light blue, Dark blue, Purple, Pink

Once you have placed all gems in the correct order, a symbol will appear on the bottom of the pillow the ring is resting on. Remember this symbol. A cutscene will (or is supposed to) play and then you will be confronted by the game's antagonist Pantagor, who splits a tree stump into three copies. Click on the tree stump that has the symbol you saw earlier, and the final cutscene of the game will (or is supposed to) begin playing.

Once you see the certification screen, as per the speedrun's rules, the game has officially finished.

How to not die at Spookslot

This took the longest time to figure out, but basically you see a row of ghosts in the back walking about.

> The ghost which holds the gem needs to be in the archway that Pardoes will leave through before you click on the final 'tile' otherwise Pardoes will fall down and you will essentially game over.

The Dark Blue Gem

For the dark blue gem you require one of the four portraits that is found in the game's starting area. In this case, you need to take the baby, Pardoetje, with you.

With Pardoetje in your 'helper inventory slot', go to the Ruigrijk area. Head right to the ship, represented by the ship wheel. In front of the ship are two long beams with planks scattered over the area. These planks are always in the same position. Grab the planks one by one and place them in the area between the two beams. Once all planks are placed, a walkway has formed that allows Pardoes to move to the ship.

On the ship, click on the cabinet that is attached to the ship's mast. Then open your inventory by clicking on Pardoes, and grab Pardoetje. With Pardoetje in hand, click on the saw that is behind the staircase to grab it. Then click on Pardoes to open your inventory again and grab the saw, and use it to cut the bars in the cabinet. Grab the gem, and you're done!

The Green Gem

For this gem, you should grab the Pardijn helper, who is located on the top of the bookshelf in the starting area.

With Pardijn in your helper inventory slot, go to the Ruigrijk area. Head right to the ship, represented by the ship wheel. In front of the ship are two long beams with planks scattered over the area. These planks are always in the same position. Grab the planks one by one and place them in the area between the two beams. Once all planks are placed, a walkway has formed that allows Pardoes to move to the ship.

On the ship, open the box that's in the middle of the screen and grab the coin. Then, go to the Marerijk area.

In Marerijk, take the middle path in the main area. You arrive at the flower pond. Go up the bridge in the middle to arrive at the 'music flower' puzzle. The goal of this puzzle is to put all the notes, one created by pressing one of the flower petals on the flower in order from lowest to highest. Currently the known combinations are:
-  2 4 6 8 1 3 5 7
-  3 7 8 5 6 4 2 1
-  5 8 1 2 4 3 6 7

If you mess up, it is faster to click on the middle of the flower to reset the puzzle.

When completed, Pardoes will walk out of the puzzle area and back to the pond. Ignore his pleas for escape and send him back to the flower. It will now move aside to open a path to the dragon. you can also enter this path as quickly as you like without fearing the game crashing.

At the dragon, select Pardijn out of your inventory and place her in the chest. After the dragon is done making googly eyes at her, do the same with the coin. DO NOT GRAB THE GEM too quickly, or the game will softlock. Wait a second when selection is possible, then grab the gem.

The Light Blue Gem

For the light blue gem, grab the mirror found in the game's starting area, then go to the Anderrijk area.

From the Anderrijk main area, take the middle path to the mirage. At the mirage, grab the mirror and use it to enter the mirrage.

At the mirage, click the opening of the window in the top right corner. This will drop a key onto the ground. Grab the key and go to the Marerijk area.

In the Marerijk main area, take the path on the right to Villa Volta, represented by the goat horns. There use the key just gotten on the doors of the villa to open them. Enter the villa, and the villa's puzzle will automatically start. During this puzzle you can NOT walk out of the villa. The only way to get out is by using Belletje Bel.

The goal of the puzzle is to slide the five blocks in the image on the couch until a face forms. Once completed, the mansion will return to normal. Grab the bucket that has the water in it. Then grab the bucket out of your inventory and pour it onto the fire. You can then grab the gem as fast as you'd like without fearing the game crashing.

The Orange Gem

The orange gem is located at the Python, represented on the game's maps by a garden hose, which can be found in the game area named "Ruigrijk".

Upon arriving at the location, the python will suddenly appear along with three scrolls on which different lines are drawn out. The objective of this puzzle is to correctly identify which scroll has the same pattern that the python has. Once the scrolls go blank, you can click on one of them to select your answer. This cycle repeats until you've got it correct three times (which might need to be done in succession, currently uncertain).

BE CAREFUL
A 'cutscene' will play in which the snake will offer the gem to Pardoes. Grabbing the gem too early makes it really easy for the game to softlock itself, so make sure you're not too fast. Wait a second once the snake has let out the gem and stopped talking, and then grab it.

The Pink Gem

For the pink gem, you require to have the mirror found in the game's starting area in your inventory, as well as to have Piettertje Muis in your helper inventory slot. Piettertje is the mouse character.

With these two items in your inventory, go to Anderrijk, and from its main area go upwards toward the mirage.
When at the mirage, click on Pardoes to grab the mirror, and use it to click on the mirage's entry way. This will make Pardoes enter the mirage.

When there, click on the straw basket most in front to move it aside. This will reveal a cheese. Grab Piettertje out of your inventory and move him to the cheese. When done successfully, you will receive a doorknob in your inventory. Grab the door knob out of your inventory, and place it on the door without a door knob that is on the left side of the screen. The door opens and there is the pink gem.

The Purple Gem

The longest string of puzzles in the game, the purple gem requires you to go through multiple minigames and puzzles to obtain it.

First, in the starting area grab Paddel, the mushroom character portrait that's in the background on the left of the telescope. Also grab the mirror. Go to Anderrijk.

In the Anderrijk main area, take the middle path to the mirage. At the mirage, enter it by taking the mirror out of Pardoes' inventory and aiming it at the mirage's doorway. From there, move onto the walkway that's on the lower right of the screen.

This first puzzle is a word puzzle. It requires you to move the pieces of cloths with letters on it to spell a word. Currently, the known possible answers are the following:
- Mag ik over
- Overzijde
- Overvaren
- Bootjevaren
- De overkant
- Oversteken

Once the music ends, you'll enter a cutscene that takes Pardoes to the piranha area, where now a paddle is laying next to the deflated plastic boat. Go over the logs to grab the pump, BUT skip the forth log. Do the same on the way back. The clicking of the logs is annoying, it is the lowest point of the log, which for the first one is behind the rock on the left side. Grab the pump and use it on the plastic boat. Now grab the paddle and use it on the plastic boat to start the piranha minigame.

For the piranha minigame, the goal is to avoid the piranhas coming in to bite your boat. When you four of them bite your boat, you lose the minigame and have to start it over. To cheese this minigame, move your boat as far right as it can go, which is almost always out of reach of the piranhas.

Once you've reached the other side of the river, grab the crank and go to Ruigrijk.

In the main Ruigrijk area, go to the left to the cart, named the old tuffer, represented by the car steering wheel.

At the Tuffer, you use the crank on the front of the old tuffer cart. Once active, you can start the racing minigame by clicking on the steering wheel of the old tuffer cart. To win this game, you just have to finish before the red arrow in the bottom reaches the finish line while also not crashing into too many objects.

In the area you end up at, grab the maze key and go to the Reizenrijk area.

In the main Reizenrijk area, take the path of the right to go to the maze, represented by a wooden block with a maze drawn on it. Use the key gotten from the old tuffer cart game to open the gate.

When entering the maze, the goal is to reach the chest. There are multiple paths, but the following two are the shortest ones currently routed:
- Right, Straight, Left, Straight, Left, Straight, Right, Right, Left (9 steps)
- Left, Right, Left, Right, Right, Straight, Left, Right, Left (9 steps)

At the chest area, grab Paddel, the helper character in your inventory grabbed at the start and with him in hand, select the music notes on the board. Go to the middle area with the chest by clicking just above the stone steps that have risen out of the water.

To open the chest, you need to have the levers in the correct position. Currently the correct positions aren't certain, but the speculation is that the following two are one of the possible solutions
- Up, Down, Down, Up
- Up, Up, Down, Down
- Down, Down, Up, Up
- Down, Up, Up, Down
- Up, Down, Up, Down
- Down, Up, Down, Up

Once the correct order is done, the victory music will play and the chest will open, allowing you to grab the purple gem.

The Red Gem

Go to the Ruigrijk area. Head right to the ship, represented by the ship wheel. In front of the ship are two long beams with planks scattered over the area. These planks are always in the same position. Grab the planks one by one and place them in the area between the two beams. Once all planks are placed, a walkway has formed that allows Pardoes to move to the ship.

Once on the ship, click on the doorknob on the right side of the screen. This will open the door and allow you to grab the box of matches. With the matches in your inventory, move back and go to the Anderrijk area.

From the main Anderrijk area, go left to the decrepit castle. Click on the tombstones in front of the castle to move them. When the tombstones are in the correct positions (at the moment this is complete guesswork), Pardoes will walk to the left and the drawbridge will open. You can walk in as quickly as you like without fearing a game softlock / crash.

Inside, click on Pardoes and grab the matches to light the candle. Then click on the grass near Pardoes' feet. Pardoes will start walking on one of the two paths that are available to him. Ignore the path on the left and click on the stone tiles on the right. Follow the path until Pardoes is standing on the last tile BUT NOT on the archway tile. You can only succesfully reach the archway tile without falling if you click there when the ghost holding the red gem is fully in the archway. Otherwise, you will fall and the game resets completely.

Once successfully done, the victory theme will play and a few seconds later the gem will show up. Grab the gem, and exit the area by going through the archway.

The Yellow Gem

For the yellow gem, go to Marerijk. In the Marerijk main area, go left to the troll king, represented by the crown.
Grab the banana, and leave the poor man alone. Go to Reizenrijk.

In the Reizenrijk area, go left to the carnival, represented by a red clown ball-nose. Feed the banana to the giant monkey's mouth and move the character in front of the gate aside. You can then enter that gate's passage.

Solve the ice puzzle now in front of you by moving all of the pieces to the correct position. Unless you want to, DO NOT click on the igloo, or the puzzle will reset. As usual, clicking on the E will call Belletje Bel, and you'll leave the area.

Once the puzzle is completed, grab the bucket and move back to the Reizenrijk main area. Here, take the middle path to the cannibal, represented by the pot with a spoon in it. At the cannibal's pots, click on one of the pots to start the puzzle.

To solve this puzzle, open Pardoes' inventory and grab the bucket. Fill the bucket with water from the pond on the left and douse the pans in the following order, refilling the bucket with water after each pot:
Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple.

Once the victory music stops playing and the man stops talking, you can grab the yellow gem.
