Why there's no runs is this game? and what's a turbo controller?

Most people do FES and P3P. Turbo controller allows for frame perfect input i.e. holding turbo on the X button can scroll text as fast as possible.

P sure it was because Pixql and Ghostscit ran NG+ on emu. I'm sure your run would be fine.

For the record PS2 emulators for the most part are highly inaccurate and should not be used to speedrun. I think there are some runs on the SMT/Persona boards that still allow them though. I think they make some distinction between runs on Console and Emulator however.

To answer the question about the runs being removed, it wasn't due to being ran on emulator, but rather due to lack of video. For games such as P4 for example, the saving grace is that the PS3 version runs faster than on emulator, meaning that runs done on emulator aren't exactly as bad as they might seem at first. Other than that, like Electra pointed out, PS2 emulation is far from perfect in terms of accurately emulation loads and such.

BC PS3 won't work?

You can use BC PS3. The rules are already updated with it in mind. Just make sure to use actual game disc instead of any iso loading method.
