In French, Ethan says an extra line and does another animation during the cutscene where you speak to him outside of his house. This is not in any other languages, this loses about 5-8 seconds making French automatically the slowest language to play in.
In the "Computer Lab" chapter while Blake and Jessica message each other on the school computers, some languages type faster than others. Most notably Russian, Japanese, and Chinese.
-
The first cutscene in English takes about 9.2 seconds* (when timed from the frame the green text appears to the frame the button fades in telling you that you can leave).
-
The second cutscene in English takes about 18.56 seconds (timed from the frame the green text appears to the frame the screen changes colours in the computer signifying you can leave).
-
In every other language that is not Russian, Japanese and Chinese the time difference is very minimal, maybe .1 - .3 faster/slower at most.
1st cutscene: in Chinese it only takes roughly 5.4 seconds In Japanese it takes roughly 5.9 seconds In Russian it takes roughly 8.2 seconds
2nd cutscene In Chinese it roughly takes 9.5 seconds In Japanese it roughly takes 9.8 seconds In Russian it takes 18.5 seconds (Slow)
TL;DR: French is the slowest language by far, Chinese is the fastest language by far, followed not to far behind by Japanese
