I was interested in looking up what the PAL any% WRs are so looked it up on the site and there are a few issues with the submitted runs.

Filtering it by PAL N64, there are only two runs with videos - The first video ("wr") doesn't work, and the second video is actually the Japanese version. I hunted around on the runner's youtube for the "wr" run - I managed to find it but it's actually the Gamecube version. (note- PAL GC is actually the same as NTSC GC).

There's 2 runs with videos for Wii VC PAL and Wii U VC PAL (both are "true" pal versions unlike the Gamecube) - These are both fine.

I know no one actually cares about PAL and the runs themselves are like #700 on the main leaderboard, and that's why the errors likely went through - but imo it looks sloppy to have this kind of error for a version wr. I think that there should be more care taken in verifying runs in contention for a version wr. (Especially when someone submits a 21min N64 PAL run) - For both these errors to go through the verifier must not have even opened the video.
