I wonder if anyone had considered speedrunning with the multiplayer mode?

If you didn't know, you can play with two players by pressing R1+R2+L1+L2 in the menu until you hear a sound and start-button with the player 2.

Problem with that you don't actually get a full co-op run. Because there are couple of segments that you are forced to solo such as chapter 1, 8 boss rush..etc. It's a shame but it's what it is.
