When are you supposed to start a run for a specific level? The rules are confusing me. It says nothing about when to start the run.
Times are judged by the igt not a third party timer like livesplit. You take the final time when you hit the flagpole and subtract that from the starting time to get your time.

@PaperMarioParty You can actually just go by the time in the top right hand corner of your top screen. You subtract that time from the beginning time (i.e. 400, 300 etc.) Then you have your time
