You lure the boo away and jump on the switch. There’s a way to do it pretty quickly

also you need tanooki after this level, so going through the process of equipping gold flower and re equiping leaf, it pretty much takes away all of the timesave.

You can get a low 473 at best by luring the boo away, which is as fast or slightly faster than switching items twice
