are times timed rta or igt, and are we allowed to use vault saves?

Times are timed with RTA. I always wanted IGT to be the main timing method, but Msushi wants it to stay RTA. I could add a second column for IGT though, but the leaderboard would be ordered by RTA still.

Vault saves are not allowed.
