Metroid Prime Hunters is a game I’ve had for a very long time and I’m considering trying to do a 100% run if it (yes, all the scans). However, I don’t have a capture card or anyway to get ahold of one. Do I have to submit video evidence of a run or can I post a photo of the end screen that displays your end time?

I don't think seepdrun.com allow a WR run without video evidences. On the other hand if you submit a decent time with a picture as a proof I would probably validate it if the time seems possible.
