What information should I make sure to have in videos?

For submitting runs that is. I was playing around last night and actually managed to get a pretty decent time which I recorded, but I didn't anticipate that I'd be making a video of an actual run so I didn't really start or end the video very "professionally" if that makes sense. The video starts as I load into the quest (it shows the quest name being started), and at the end I open the map to check the completion time (also showing the mission and completion conditions), but I cut the video before the post-game level up/info screens.

Is that enough evidence for a submission? I plan on doing another, hopefully better run, and if I do so I'll definitely make sure to include absolute start to absolute finish. I've just never used this website before so I'm not sure of submission rules and would like to know them for the future. Thanks all for your time.

check some of the already submitted runs. as far as it goes with what you stated should be okay but double check the requirements on submission rules as well.

Easy to follow: full video is always the best scenario (starting from loading to end-screen) anything less than that means info is unable to be obtained (ms count from the end-screen, etc) and thus the submission becomes less accurate. we won't reject a submission unless there's actual reason to do so tho.

omitting the end-screen is perfectly fine, although not perfect/preferred for accuracy. (the map doesn't show ms)
