Does the time stop when Glavenus is killed / captured or when the 'Quest Complete' - Icon appears?

I would say quest complete is on screen :) mods will always help with retimes and stuff if anything goes slightly wrong just make sure you don't stop the video right away just in case rules change etc and we have to re time later on although I doubt they will always good to be safe though :)
