How to use:

extract the contents of the "Saves" Folder into the Folder: \My Documents\4A Games\Metro 2033*Some Random Jibberish*\

Now Re-/Start the Game and you should be set. ( Keep in mind that if you start a "New Game" the saves will be deleted. )
