I'm doing enter nether runs, and I lag for about 2 seconds going through the portal. Does this count for the time?

Hey i'm sorry to tell you the answer is yes the way we time runs is we go until the first frame where you can see the generating terrain appear which means that your run could end up timing slower on video then it was irl. The only solution i can think of other than fix your recording stuff is record using something like a phone, the video quality might be worse but at least we will be able to accurately time it.

P.S. sorry that you lag but theres not really a good way to time it either we reject the run because it's untimable or we have to add a second or 2

Ok thanks for the info. I found out if I restart my PC there is no lag for a bit so I’ll just have to do that for nether runs.
