1. You already can change rules mid-run
2. If you don’t have a video then that might be unfair to people who do ex: lag from recording
3. Set seed is supposed to be about your skill, and practice if you aren’t good enough to do the #1 seed then you might choose one that you can get more resources or other factors that help you.
