Can you during the speedrun after reaching the end pause the game save and quit then go to training map for killing the dragon, kill him couple times and then go back to your run and finish the run? In conclusion if you can take a break and train any thing from minecraft during the speedrun or does the speedrun need to be played once at a time with no brakes for other training outside the current world.

I believe you can exit out of the world you are running, but it gets disqualified once you create or play another world.

No. That's not how it works. Do a bit of practice on a practice map before doing a run, like most speedrunners do
