I've been using KronHud (The Keypress Fabric Mod) and was wondering if I was allowed to speedrun with it. It has no benefits of anything, just my preference.

i think for 1.16+ only allowed mods are Soduim, Lithium and Phosphor

Nope, no other mods are allowed for now. The only place where the “no advantages” rule applies is resource packs, not mods.
