No because you would be "setting a seed" which is against the rules, plus the person who gave it to you could know it is a very good seed and that would be unfair.

@rewan If you showed seed box before run then you couldn't.

In the Random Seed category, you have to show in your video creating the new world to speedrun on, without touching the seed option.
