How do you remove the cinematic camera that shows after killing the last enemy? I've looked in the settings but don't see it.

You can't actually "remove" the camera. There are 2 ways to get around it however:

1. Don't kill the last guy in the area that triggers the camera.
2. Spam the 'E' key (or X if on console) to skip through the camera.
