"Accurate" timing point for levels because the fading isn't always the same, new levels will be added when ran&retimed for the first time

Info: this list was made semi-obsolete on the 22nd of June 2021, new runs will now be retimed with the same method as full-game runs (level complete screen visible), except in categories where this list is used to reduce level exit differences (contested levels [read: World 0/1/2]).
For all gold: If the last coin is past this timing sync point, collecting it defines the timing end instead.
0-1: Tree stem end passed
0-2: 4th last coin fully passed (there is too much difference in background), also iOS and android are different here, also old versions=/=new ones, some old runs had to be removed 
0-3: Last coin passed (Last coin collected for all gold)
0-4: Like 0-3 (Last coin passed (Last coin collected for all gold))
0-5: Like 0-3 (Last coin passed (Last coin collected for all gold))
