I just joined Speedrun.com, and I am wondering what the rules are for Video evidence in Luigi's Mansion on the 3DS. Do you only need to see the top screen or do you need to see both screens.

If video evidence is required for the run to be accepted, only the top screen is sufficient for verification. If you are using a webcam, try to keep most of the screen in frame. It is ok for the screen to occasionally go off camera, but this should not be a common occurrence.
