Some players on level 1 iPad got under 1 minute can you tell me how this happened

I'd love to see their strats. That's assuming they aren't hacking or anything. I don't think my 1:19 is perfect but 46 simply isn't possible unless there is an unknown OoB. I'd say the top 4 are utilizing either hacks or an unknown glitch/OOB

Edit: With current strats it I'd say perfect time is 1:16.

If it's a hack why are the most of the other levels just fine?
