This guide will indicate the general location of all Rupees in the game as well as how many are in each stage. Keep in mind that rupees often are not reliably in one place but rather sometimes spawn randomly in a certain area. Rupees are ALWAYS hidden inside a breakable object.

#Level 1-1 ##(1 Rupee) In the pots in front of the house featured in the second phase.

#Level 1-2 ##(2 Rupees) In the large group of skulls on the ground immediately visible. There are 2 pots opposite of each other in the stage but only one will have the second Rupee.

#Level 1-3 ##(3 Rupees) In the pots immediately forward to the left. Behind the first tent you see after turning the corner. In the fossil behind the fire at the end of the stage.

#Level 2-1 ##(3 Rupees) In the pots behind the Goron in the first phase. In the big pot behind the Goron in the second phase. In the pots behind the Goron on the lowest platform in the Third phase

#Level 2-2 ##(3 Rupees) In the group of 5 pots hanging on a stone pillar on the lower level. in a Yellow pot hanging on the ceiling to the right. In the pots hanging above the waterfall at the end.

#Level 2-3 ##(1 Rupee) In one of the barrels.

#Level 3-1 ##(1 Rupee) In the pots in front of the house in the first phase.

#Level 3-2 ##(1 Rupee) In one of the barrels in the market place.

#Level 3-3 ##(1 Rupee) In one of the skulls along the fence.

#Level 4-1 ##(1 Rupee) In the pots in the second phase.

#Level 4-2 ##(2 Rupees) In the big Nut thing. In the skulls in front of the gate near the scarecrow.

#Level 4-3 ##(3 Rupees) In the cluster of pots in webs. In the fossil to the left behind the tree. In the skulls to the left behind the second tree.

#Level 5-1 ##(1 Rupee) In one of the pots immediately visible before the camera pans away.

#Level 5-2 ##(2 Rupees) There are 2 pots opposite of each other in the stage but only one will have the Rupee. In the skulls on the ground to the left of the pot that is to the left of the scarecrow.

#Level 5-3 ##(3 Rupees) In the pots in the first house to the left. In the barrels in the arching alley way. In one of the pots at the end of the stage.

#Level 6-1 ##(1 Rupee) In the pots in front of the last house.

#Level 6-2 ##(2 Rupees) Pot on top of the bridge arch. In the exploding barrels after the bridge.

#Level 6-3 ##(3 Rupees) In the pots on either side immediately behind you. In a pot in the second room. In a pot behind the armor under the platform.

#Level 7-1 ##(1 Rupee) In the skulls on the ground during the second phase.

#Level 7-2 ##(2 Rupees) In the pots below the pillars.

#Level 7-3 ##(3 Rupees) In the pots immediately to the left. In the pots in the second room. In the pots behind the gate to the right in the third room.

#Level 8-1 ##(1 Rupee) In the skulls beneath the tree at the beginning of the second phase.

#Level 8-2 ##(1 Rupee) In an ice pillar.

#Level 8-3 ##(2 Rupees) In the silver armor on either side.

#Level F-1 ##(1 Rupee) In the pot inside the barn.

#Level F-2 ##(2 Rupees) In the pots in front of you. In the skulls on the ground behind you.

#Level F-3 This Stage does not contain any Rupees.
