Here's my notes for glitchless, my translations for items/equipment sorta fell off halfway through, I'll be going through and double checking it against the WR/adding japanese (also has links to the 2 best glitchless times on the first page). This document has some directional instructions but is not fully detailed in that way and expects the player to have a familiarity with the game and/or use the link provided on the first page for the japanese website that has maps and information.
