Are you forced to only use currently owned vehicles or are the test drive vehicles also usable from the admin panel?

Test drive vehicles aren't just allowed, they are also recommended. You can use any vehicle in the game, including limiteds, to complete and submit runs to the leaderboards. Test drive vehicles serve as an option to use a vehicle in the shop you don't yet have to make speedruns more accessible
