Are there any emulators that are acceptable to speedrun on? I have a TG16 in storage, but not sure if I wanted to dig for it, or if there is an emulator that runners for this game already use?

Most emulators ok! Mednafen, Bizhawk, etc. Maybe not dodgy smartphone emulators unless you can prove they run at the correct speed.
