Similar to other Steam based games, Jump Force stores the save data on disk. In order to replay key missions, you have to start from the beginning which requires removing previous save data. The first step is to turn off Steam Cloud for the game so that it doesn't try to overwrite your save, and then go to Steam\userdata\(Your ID), find the folder named 816020 and either rename the folder, move it somewhere or delete it.
