So for runs, like the robbery runs, where you have to exit the prison and exit the building, what does that specifically mean?

Does the timer start when the first person leaves the prison or is it after all 4 players leave the prison? Similar question for leaving buildings. Does the timer end when the last person exits the building or when they reach the ground?

@FMCCC sorry for the confusion, timer starts when the first person leaves prison and ends when the last person leaves the building/delivers to the collector (Depending on the subcategory)
