Just change the value for the debug addresses to 05 to activate it and change it back to 04 when you dont need it.
I also threw in some other addresses like infinite jump, just click the box for these to lock them in game.

No longer accepting Twitch VODs for submissions
After the recent Twitch changes to VOD storage that you've surely heard about, we've decided to no longer accept Twitch VODs for submissions to the Jak boards. From now on, only YouTube links will be accepted for video proof in a run submission, and we would encourage you to export any previous runs
