Hi! Actually there is no difference between languages speed in the game. Always after double clicking full dialogue appears, so it doesn't matter if it's in English, Japanese, Italian itp, etc.
actualy... maybe is very slightly faster in some parts where you would have to wait less for the choices of some textboxes to load, but like not more than .3 by each of those
in all case the game from that link is still in english lol idk
