Reasons for removing 4-19 from the leaderboard:

• The game doesn't save your time for this level or factor it into your Game Center leaderboard time for the Great North
• If your timer is off in the settings or you finish the level when the timer is blinking, it's difficult to time the run.
• There is no piñata equivalent, so the devs probably didn't consider it as a real level like the others. We think 4-19 and 5-1 are meant to just be the ending to the Classic Mode campaign
