For the red box% run can i have bugs, upgraded farts, upgraded speed and other power ups from before the start?

As it is redchest%, you must start the run with a new save, or just have min stats and powers. As for further rules, you can find them under the redchest% section. If you have any other questions that are not answered in the rules then feel free to ask me. :D
