Platform Differences

PC has quicker load times for levels and certain events mid-level. (This is based on full install, which I did. When you install the game from the disc, it will ask you if you want to do a basic install or full install. Full install has the fastest load times, but I don't know how much faster than the regular install.) PC can load levels multiple seconds faster per level. I've done a full game run on both GameCube and PC. I went back to the videos and timed just the loading screens. On GameCube the time was about 3:28 and on PC it was about :37. That's about 2:51 faster on PC for load times alone.

PC is also faster for certain events mid level. For example in the 3rd level Betrayal, GameCube has a slight lag before each jump cutscene between buildings. There is no lag at all on PC. This is also a level I've submitted an individual level time on both GameCube and PC. And from the faster load time at the beginning plus the lack of lag for each jump cutscene, the PC time was about 8 seconds faster than the GameCube using the same route. This jump lag might be the only thing mid-level that's affected negatively on console, but it might not. I haven't tested anything else and am not even sure what else to test.
