As i said on the previous WR :

Its a RNG run.. kinda.. if you get the hardened boots on the rat you have to get back to the clothing store to sell them to not mess up the warp so you loose a bit of time because of the malfoy cutscene, you still winning time by buying before going into gringots because you're avoiding the cloaked guy cutscene at the cauldron store and you dont risk the cutscene with that little boy who give you the cards at the beginning.

best scenario possible would be no encounter while going into gringots and while getting out too and not getting the boots on the rat. And if you get a smooth ride on the river to the dungeons its even better aswell as no encounter on the way to the credits warp. lvl 99 definitely help a lot for the fights.

Conclusion : with a bit of luck and by playing better its an easy 12:20 ish
