For the 'no tempo' runs, why not make it so from now on, everyone submitting in that category has to use that new tempo that kills you if you activate it?

This is a good idea, and I was actually considering it for a while.

However, our obstacle is variable intersection (aka subcategory implementation); we're forced to have both the OC+/TC and No OC+/TC variables in any given category. For board cleanliness reasons, I just have it as a no-usage rule.
