I'm just a little confused. On the rules section for released it says full game only. So can I not just post a act 1 or is that not allowed thank you :)
That means you have to play on the full release of the game. For example, your run would be rejected if you play on an alpha version. Hopefully you understand :)

In case you weren't aware, all run verification has been halted since 2 months ago, for reasons involving certain cheating methods suddenly becoming very accessible. I personally take the large majority of the blame for this taking so long, and I apologize to all runners who've been waiting so patie
