if im not wrong, aren't you a console runner @NBranch96 ? im just asking because it hasn't been possible on console at all unless you get somewhat lucky using nintendo switch
if you're just curious though, you have to:
- set your fps to 23 using UUU: https://framedsc.com/GeneralGuides/universal_ue4_consoleunlocker.htm
- place the tv in front of the door (make sure it's not too close but not far either)
- jump on top of it and crouch towards the edge of the tv (the side that's facing the door)
- run backwards and stop once you get off the tv

@NBranch96 you need to use a speedrunning patch for this because in steam version there's a sort of invisible barrier around the basement door which prevents you from doing the basement skip
