Hi, I started to have some issues with livesplit when running half life 2. The game time is not ticking while playing, autosplits don't work and after I redownloaded livesplit couple of times to try and fix these issues I can't even do manual splits while in game. Pressing the hotkey does nothing but only for half life 2. I tried Portal where I could do manual splits but I have the same issues with game time and autosplitting there as well.
I am losing my mind over this especialy because it was working just fine couple of months back. I am using the livesplit downloadable from resources on this site but tried creating my own one with same problems. Any help is really appreciated.
For anyone interested, I decided to give it a try again and managed to fix my issue. I gave admin permission to livesplit and added hl2.exe under Game Process List. Not sure if both are necessary but I am not going to try, happy it works.
