So, this is a general problem with Goldsrc, everytime i try to record my runs, it simply causes stutters. It wasn't a problem for me because i wasn't thinking of submiting my runs. But recently, i started to focus on speedrunning hl1, getting new PBs and stuff. But i can't submit them because of that stutters when recording my demos.

Fun fact: that also happens on CS 1.6, i can't record any demos in Goldsrc engine for whatever reason. Any help?
