I follow what everyone else does and when im doing back alley brawl, I can't load the rampage when picking up the phone and my replay is set on the correct spot???

You can only collect the rampage if you're om0. If you cannot see mission icons (Such as the big L on your map) then you're om1 and can't collect the rampage. You need to start back alley brawl before the rampage runs out in order to be om0 and pickup the rampage a second time
