The Top 2 runs are breaking the rules by going below their 500k preorder bonuses. which is clearly specified in the rules that it isnt allowed.

Dying costs more when you have more money. If they didn't have the preorder bonus, they'd still be able to visit the hospital in the same manner. It would just cost them less.

the rule states " Using the 500k 'Preoder DLC' is prohibited (http://imgur.com/a/aSCT8). You are not allowed to do anything that is not possible without the bonus." They aren't doing anything that isn't possible without the bonus. As Makkebakke already said, the hospital bills are higher when you have more money. To be specific, if you have enough money, the hospital bills will be 5k. For players without the preorder bonus the hopistal bills are only 15. So basically for every death a player has with the preorder bonus, you have to add 4985 dollars to their balance to have an actual comparison.

the rules pretty much specifies to not use the pre order bonus to your advantage in this run like being a fast car, or buying a gun early in the run instead of killing a cop, which the top 2 runs dont do, so its perfectly fine.
