If the time trial inside the test track will stay the same forever (instead of changing weekly), then I'd suggest it be a new category. What do y'all think?

I know R* already has a leaderboard inside the game, where you can see world's best times and friend's and crew's best times, but it's really buggy AND has lots of 0:00 times because of hackers and modders.

This way, all the runs would be verified and because it already has a built-in timer, it incentivises more people to do it!
