In general, you can run on whichever version you want and it'll be accepted.

If you want to run something without an existing category (eg LV) I recommend checking on the Discord to check what a good completion metric is (eg LV circuit) and then going ahead with the run.

Also, note that steel% time is estimated around 5-6 hours with a good seed.
