Knew I could destroy my time and that sub 25 was possible and I got it here. Menuing was meh and my publishing deals were pretty good but not perfect. I'm happy with this for now until someone beats it or a new route is found. I think fastest possible time would be around 15 minutes with 0/3 garage and around 18 minutes with 3/3 garage. Realistically 20 mins is probably the best.
