In the stickied thread one of the mods say run verification is on hold for now, while the other mod is inactive.

Regarding submissions with Twitch Highlights
Hello everyone!
Today Twitch announced that they will be limiting the total amount of highlights that a user can post to 100 hours. The vast majority of runs on this game are already on YouTube so this doesn't affect many of you, but I wanted to strongly suggest that you do not use Twitch Highlight
