I'm currently running 100% on an emulator and i wanted to know if i'm allowed to submit emulator runs to the leaderboards :)

Some emulators are incredibly inaccurate, so it depends on which emulator you're using. I would say stick to which emulators are listed as acceptable in this thread for accuracy.
