Can we still use RLG and other lap skips in the all cups category? The only runs submitted so far have been glitchless runs. Are there plans to separate categories?

yes we plan to introduce new variables and sort all runs once the patch hits

I wouldn't invest too much time in it for now, the patch will happen soon.
